Kalms Night One-a-Night is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances.

It contains a traditional herb, valerian root extract 385 mg in a unique combination of plant extracts, which has been used for over 30 years as a natural sedative, helping to promote restful sleep and ease sleeping disorders.

Dosage:

Adults and the elderly: Swallow ONE tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

One additional tablet can be taken earlier during the evening if necessary.

As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, Kalms Night One-a-Night should be taken for 2 to 4 weeks continuously.

This product is not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.

Ingredients

• Active ingredients per film coated tablet: Dry extract from Valerian root (Valerian offinalis L.) (equivalent to 1.5-2.5g of Valerian root)
• Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V 500mg
• Other ingredients: Tablet Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline
• Cellulose, Talc and Silicon dioxide
• Tablet Coating: Polyvinyl Alcohol part hydrolysed, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Talc

Warnings and restrictions

• You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks.
• Kalms Night tablets may make you feel sleepy.
• If affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines.
• Alcohol may increase the sedative effect.
• Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.

When Kalms Night One-a-Night is NOT recommended

• Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old
• Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Do not take if you are taking any other medicines for sleep.
• Kalms Night is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.

Do not store above 25°C. Do not use if foil strip is damaged.
